Košík at Christmas Minimises Food Waste Thanks to Artificial Intelligence

The grocery e-shop Košík.cz is already testing a system in live operation this Christmas, aimed at streamlining its supply and the entire supplier-customer chain. The new platform, developed in collaboration with Logio, will serve to accurately forecast demand, optimise storage space usage, and significantly reduce waste. Currently, the solution helps predict demand with 97% accuracy across 15,000 items in the e-shop.
