The Humanoid Robot Atlas from Boston Dynamics Can Now Master Parkour – You Won't Escape It Easily

The creators are continually improving the 'flow', or the ability to overcome multiple obstacles in succession. The control software can evaluate data from sensors (including Lidar) in real-time and coordinate all parts of the robot's body, which has a total of 28 joints, ensuring that it does not come to a halt while also accounting for acceleration and weight without disrupting the rhythm. The robot weighs roughly the same as a human – 75 kg.
