🎙️ I will be discussing a revolutionary law from Denmark that could change the way we protect our identity in the age of artificial intelligence.

🇩🇰 What is it about?
Denmark has become the first country in the world to approve a law that grants every citizen copyright over their own face, voice, and body. If someone creates an AI video, voice, or image—so-called deepfake—without your consent, they are breaking the law.

🛡️ Citizens will thus have stronger tools to defend against the misuse of their identity online, including the ability to demand the removal of content or compensation.

⚖️ What the law does NOT say?
The law is not censorship.
✅ Parody and satire remain legal.
✅ It does not prohibit art or creation—provided it is clear that it is fiction.
🚫 However, it prohibits deepfakes that resemble a real person without their knowledge and consent.

🌍 Although it currently applies only in Denmark, it has the potential to influence European law as well. Here we have the Act of AI.

🧠 We will briefly discuss:
• How difficult it is to detect today, but...
• What risks it brings and that we need to employ critical thinking
• Who knows what else and whether at all🤣

📡 Tune in today at 19:00 on TV Nova (most likely).
