In two years, people will communicate more with AI than with their life partners!

The world is changing. According to Gartner's research director Anthony Mullen, in two years, people will communicate more with AI than with their life partners! Even today, about a third of people in the USA prefer communicating with chatbots and virtual assistants over interacting with other humans. From a business perspective, AI can save valuable time for white-collar workers (those operating in the knowledge sector).

There is no doubt that communication in plain language is the most natural for people. By implementing bots, companies can increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer experiences with the organisation. Large companies already either have some virtual enterprise assistants or are preparing to introduce them.

Imagine the advantage companies will have if their employees achieve even just a 10% increase in productivity. Such higher productivity can be expected within a year or two through the active use of virtual enterprise assistants for information retrieval, task automation, or even more complex business-related inquiries.

I believe that around 80% of inquiries from customer service lines and similar places could already be successfully answered using bots today. It is up to us whether we embrace this future. What virtual assistant would be most useful to you?
