Investments in artificial intelligence and its future applications are planned by more than 60% of Czech companies across various sectors, as shown by a brief study conducted by EY and the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic.
Another positive piece of information is that the majority of companies planning investments in the next five years intend to allocate more than 10% of their total investment costs to AI.
These investments are expected to focus primarily on computer virtualisation and simulation (14%), internal data analysis (13%), fully autonomous or collaborative robots (12%), and machine querying (7%).
Czech companies anticipate that AI will lead to increased productivity (49%) and reduced costs (30%).
In my opinion, it is wise not to miss this opportunity and risk losing a competitive advantage. Given that most Czech companies wish to handle AI implementation on their own, I am contemplating whether to prepare some corporate training.
