An article inspired by Microsoft’s research titled “Czech Business Does Not Trust Artificial Intelligence. Why Has It Chosen a Wait-and-See Tactic?” is now appearing in Forbes and myBIZ.
In line with my experience, it appears that Czech leaders of larger companies are still not very convinced of the positive impact of AI. They opt for a cautious wait-and-see approach. When they experiment with AI, they tend to optimise existing processes rather than engage in more significant innovations. It saddens me that we are letting the train leave the station, and while we often use the word “INNOVATION”, we don’t take it very seriously. :(
However, what pleasantly surprised me is that 68% of Czech senior managers would reportedly welcome some form of support and further education in AI. Perhaps an interesting business case is emerging here. :)
