Chatbots create more jobs than they take. They handle boring tasks, allowing people to engage in something more creative, says Viktor Kustein (32). Chatbots can save time and money. They are tools that can work 24/7 and, unlike humans, they won't make mistakes unless we programme them to do so :) However, with the intelligence of today's chatbots, the situation isn't quite so rosy. “In the case of computer communication, we can't really talk about artificial intelligence; it's more about robotic communication. People have the impression that a chatbot should be able to do everything, but it is always oriented towards a specific task,” Viktor explains.
