What is 'OJT'? In Czech, we might translate it as workplace education or internal training – employees become acquainted with the environment, tools, knowledge, and procedures of which they become a part. Amazon has its own ML University (MLU) for this purpose in the realm of machine learning.
Currently, three courses are available entirely free to the public: NLP, computer vision, and tables. By early 2021, we should have access to all the others as well. If you enjoy the Amazon ecosystem and want to learn something about machine learning, I think it's worth a click.
