Where and How to Learn Machine Learning?

It is no news that interest in machine learning and artificial intelligence is growing almost exponentially. As a result, search engines yield many links to resources that inform about this topic; however, it is not easy to find a page that provides a comprehensive overview, as encompassing the entire issue in all its complexity is far from straightforward.

For this reason, a Russian student from Moscow State University, under the pseudonym Artur “@leszla”, decided to make life easier for all interested parties on the website habr.com. He gathered various pieces of information about machine learning—collecting links to some interesting resources that he either studied himself or recommends for study if you are just starting out and wish to delve into the magical world of AI.
